You buy credits in $10, $25 or $50 packs and spend them on what you make. There’s no subscription, and credits don’t expire while your account is open. You see the price before anything is made, and you never pay more than that.

Signing up and uploading are free. You pay only when the AI makes something.

Your first character is free: one round of 4 looks per person, after you confirm your email, while today’s free rounds last. Voices, videos and remixes always use credits.

Your first pack comes with $2 extra in bonus credits.

If something fails and makes nothing, your credits come back on their own.

Within 30 days of buying a pack, you can get its unused credits refunded. Email support@sloppr.com from your account’s email address. Bonus credits can’t be refunded. Credit and refund policy

A remix changes only the people you tap, up to four. Each one becomes your character, wears your tee or hat, holds your mug, or both.

Everyone else, the background and the sound stay as you filmed them. Your character takes on the person’s movements and expressions, and their voice stays in the sound.

You can remix 5 to 30 seconds of an MP4 or MOV up to 10 minutes long. A single shot can run up to 15 seconds.

• It can’t change a public figure or a person under 18.
• It doesn’t change the sound. Voices stay as recorded.
• Lettering on merch can drift. End your video on a real photo of your product.
• Results vary. Check each video before you post it.

Yourself, or an adult who gave you written permission. A signed note, email or message is enough. It has to cover how you’ll use the video, including ads and products you sell. Keep it, because we may ask for it.

Never a public figure, living or dead, and never a person under 18.

People you don’t tap aren’t changed, but they still appear in your remix. You need the right to show them, especially in ads. Remix rules

Sloppr puts a label on the video: “AI-modified” on every remix, and “AI-generated” on other videos unless you turn it off for a cartoon. Keep it in the frame. When a video looks real, also turn on each app’s own AI label:

• TikTok: turn on the AI-generated content setting before you post.
• YouTube: in YouTube Studio, set “AI use” to Yes.
• Instagram and Facebook: turn on “Add AI label” when you post.

For an ad, also turn on the ad tool’s own AI setting.

Adults 18 and older in the US. You confirm your date of birth when you sign up.
